Advancing Youth Leadership Through Community Health Awareness (AYLTCHA) is an HIV and sexual risk reduction program targeted towards teens and young adults, ages 13-23 residing in Westchester County. The program incorporates a positive youth development philosophy and targets HIV and STD risk prevention as well as serving all youth who engage in unsafe and risky behaviors. Youth Leaders hold leadership/decision making positions on the program staff.
