FSW Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

FSW’s Employee Assistance Program is designed to help employees be more successful at work and at home. FSW’s EAP program is confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no cost to you. Whether it’s dealing with stress on the job or a problem at home, FSW can help find a solution that works for your unique situation.

FSW is committed to providing you with a toolkit of resources, information and support right here in your community. In addition to private, one-on-one counseling and referral, FSW can also conduct workshops and seminars on topics including, but not limited to:

  • a supervised staff of licensed, professional social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists
  • seven locations around the county
  • linkage to other Family Services of Westchester programs including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Home Health Care, Adoption, My Second Home, Elder Abuse Prevention, Therapeutic Foster Care, etc.
  • crisis intervention and post-crisis follow-up
