Calling Older Adults (50+) For Our Award-Winning Day Service Program – Now in White Plains!

MSH-white-plains
We are so pleased that our award winning programming at My Second Home, which previously was only available in Mt. Kisco, is now easily accessible to residents of southern and central Westchester at our new facility, The Lanza Family Center For All Ages in White Plains. My Second Home-White Plains  offers the same safe, nurturing and home-like environment where older adults can continue to find meaning and dignity in their lives through stimulating activities, wellness programs, personal care, excellent nutrition and “living room to living room” transportation.

Eligibility: Older adults (50+) in southern/central Westchester with some level of cognitive impairment (like Alzheimer’s or dementia)

The benefits of our intergenerational model become clear to all who see My Little Friends, the 10 minute documentary by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Megan Mylan, which was released in 2013 as part of a Living With Alzheimer’s series.

My Second Home has earned numerous awards and recognition including the 2014 Outstanding Adult Day Center Award from the National Adult Day Services Association.
Family Services of Westchester is very proud of the success this model has seen. Perhaps you know someone who would benefit from the services offered at My Second Home. Please feel free to share this email with them and their caregivers. For additional information about My Second Home – White Plains, please contact Rebecca Lippel, Director of My Second Home and the Lanza Family Center For all Ages at 914-422-8100 or rlippel@fsw.org.
