Family Services of Westchester is looking for a full-time Director, Veterans Program for our White Plains center.
POSITION TITLE: Director, Veterans Program
SALARY: $65,000
STATUS: Full Time (35 hours per week)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsibilities:
– Outreach/engagement of veterans and families to facilitate community integration
– Support veterans’ wellness, mental health, self advocacy, ADLs
– Organize and promote events and activities for veterans and families
– Oversee delivery of services by peers, volunteers and vendors
– Develop network of community partners, represent programs at local and state levels
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– BSW
– Veterans, US Military
