JOB TITLE:              Program Assistant, CFAA
REPORTS TO:         Director, Youth Council

The Westchester County Youth Councils’ (WCYC) Program Assistant will collaborate with the Program Director during Junior and Senior Council meetings and events and provide transportation with a company vehicle. The Program Assistant is responsible for WCYC outreach and recruitment efforts. The Program Assistant will maintain a high level of knowledge of positive youth development principles. Primary responsibilities include chaperoning at meetings, recreational, and educational trips, volunteer outings, participant outreach and recruitment, and collaboration with the Program Director.
POSITION TITLE:  Program Staff, White Plains Guest House
STATUS:  7 to 21 Hours/Week, 52 Weeks/Year
SALARY:  $18.00/Hour
SUPERVISED BY:  Director, Youth Council
  • Answer phone and transfer and/or take messages
  • Manage waiting room
  • Notify clinicians when clients arrive
  • Scheduling clients
  • Call to remind clients who have appointments with medical provider on the following day
  • High School Diploma
