Financial Exploitation Support Group for Older Adults

Financial exploitation is a form of elder abuse that is dangerously on the rise these days. If you’re a Mount Vernon resident who’s age 50 or older, FSW’s Elder Abuse and Victim Assistance program wants to protect you!

If you’ve ever been scammed or felt pressured to give money to family or friends, please join our Financial Exploitation Support Group.

Group sessions will take place on three consecutive Tuesdays, February 4, 11 and 18, 2020 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Mount Vernon Public Library, 28 South First Avenue, Mount Vernon. Come to one session or all three!

To attend, please RSVP to Nicolle Brunale, LMSW, at (914) 668-9124, Ext. 28 or nbrunale@fsw.org.

This program is generously funded by the Mount Vernon Urban Renewal Agency Federal Community Development Block Grant. Please tell your friends and pass the word about this important effort to protect Mount Vernon seniors!
