Family Mental Health Centers

Telephone and video therapy now available!

Family Services of Westchester’s seven Family Mental Health Centers are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health to offer comprehensive mental and behaioral health services at convenient locations throughout Westchester County.

Each Family Mental Health Center is staffed by a highly trained team of social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists who are committed to offering confidential, customized care that’s tailored to your (and your family’s) needs. Our Family Centers offer therapy in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Swedish, German, Farsi and more.

Our professionals are highly trained to deal with conditions like depression and anxiety, as well as sensitive issues like aging, chronic illness or disability that may be negatively affecting you or your family.

Respectful, Caring and Empathetic

We start by establishing the goals that you (or a family member) want to achieve and then together, we identify the social, emotional or environmental factors that may be holding you or your family back from functioning at your best.

Then, we develop a treatment plan that’s designed to achieve those goals one step at a time, a plan that builds on your strengths and develops practical strategies to help you overcome any obstacles you face.

Our culturally diverse staff honors every patient for his or her uniqueness by delivering the highest quality care with respect, empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Convenient, Welcoming Locations

We understand the importance of providing a welcoming and professional environment that’s convenient to your home or work. We’re proud that in a recent survey of patient satisfaction, the overwhelming majority of our clients rated FSW’s clinics as “excellent” for quality of services, courtesy of staff and pleasant surroundings.

Family Services of Westchester opened its innovative Partial Hospital Program for Young Children in partnership with Saint Joseph’s Family Health Center in Yonkers in early 2018.

In addition to our Family Centers, we also staff seven school-based mental health clinics in Port Chester.
