COVID-19 Update, March 17

Family Services of Westchester’s top priority is the health, wellness, and safety of our clients and staff. In the face of this unprecedented situation, we remain committed to our mission of providing mental health and social services that strengthen and support families at all stages of the life cycle.

We would like to update our community on the precautionary steps that we are taking to support containment efforts. Our goal is to maintain as many of our services as possible to the extent we can safely and reasonably do so. Some temporary measures include:

  • Vital mental health treatments and care coordination for vulnerable individuals and families are continuing via telephone and video conference.
  • Essential offerings, including our assisted living and residential programs remain staffed following recommended safety guidelines.
  • All FSW employees except essential direct service staff are working remotely.
  • We are working with our FSW families and staff to encourage them to follow precautionary health measures.

Please stay connected with us for updates via FacebookTwitterInstagram and LinkedIn, as well as on our website, www.fsw.org/COVID-19.

We are fully dedicated to helping our neighbors to find their strength during this challenging time. Thank you for your continued support. If you have questions, please email us at fsw@fsw.org.
