Junior Board Holiday Party
The Junior Board is comprised of men and women, who support the role of the Board of FSW, and are dedicated to promoting the mission and increasing the visibility of FSW and its many programs through a variety of educational, engaging and entertaining programs and events. The Junior Board provides valuable leadership experience while utilizing member’s professional skills to benefit the organization.
The primary responsibilities of the Junior Board are:
- Raising visibility for FSW
- Connecting resources (both financial and in-kind) to the organization
- Organizing a variety of fund-raising projects thto support their Youth Enrichment Fund which focuses on enriching the lives of the children and youth in FSW’s programs through special programs, field trips, and service projects

The Junior Board meets approximately 8 times throughout the year, with smaller subgroups meeting as needed. The focus of the group and the fundraising efforts are determined at the onset of each fiscal year.
Supporters can become Friends of the Junior Board and stay up to date with the activities of the Junior Board and enjoy other benefits.
